In this article we will touch briefly on two specific NPT employees that for years have been teaming up while using their personal social accounts to openly and fearlessly bully, humiliate harass, belittle and terrorize any staff that they do not like, also their unethical behavior did not stop there, again using their social accounts they made unfriendly comments regarding the community, Ambulance Victoria, fire brigade, St John Ambulance, Hospitals, Nurses and paramedics while they were representing themselves in these post as a National Patient Transport staff. For now we only mention briefly two comments that have been very important to some of the staff, the two comments are and I quote:
“I wouldn’t want their job (firefighters). Running into a burning building to save some $&@# you don’t know. They can have that job”
“Got a fucking headache. It feels like an axe has smashed into my head. Might be something to do with the bastard arshole I’m working with
The first comment was very distressing to one of the staff and still is with this post because in the past they had a young family member perish in a building fire and we all are familiar about all the fires this summer and we also seen on TV all these fire fighters putting their lives on the line for the community while these staff are allowed to make comments like that openly and most importantly what would have happened to the image of NPT if that comment went viral end of last year when Gisborne Fire Brigade Peter Harry died on the line of duty?
The second post was only a game between these two staff just an innocent game targeted to each other, but at the eyes of some of the employees it looked different, it demonstrated aggressiveness because all their other comments had a structure of trying to belittle and to humiliate staff, demonstrating a superiority to these staff.
Why these two people are important to our campaign?
Because these two staff have used the internet to belittle and humiliated staff that were in Mr. Scorgies bad books. Their attacks were calculated and done in their small circle of supporters and friends targeting staff because they were in Mr. Scorgie bad books and they knew they were in a vulnerable position as Mr. Clyde would have never helped these staff. They behaved liked that because they could. These two staff have helped to demonstrate how National Patient Transport (NPT Group) failed on their duty to protect all their staff. They never attacked one person but several but why nobody stood up against this kind of behavior? Is it maybe due to the failure of NPT to provide a manager that the staff could have some kind of confidence in them instead of leaving them open to attacks?
Another important subject with these two staff is the fact they have made several formal complaints against several other staff that helped Mr. Clyde Scorgie and NPT to bring those staff down. We are going to be touching on the credibility of their complaints that took part in getting these staff disciplined and motives of why they made these complaints? A simple example “can you put a formal complaint that some staff tried to belittle you and that you did not care about yourself as much as you worried about the staff that could not stand up for themselves and you stated here in NPT should not have room for staff that behave like that because nobody should feel threatened at their workplace” with your complaint you had demonstrated a strong knowledge of right and wrong but at the same time you were using your social account to harass staff, staff that have never done anything wrong to you, you just wanted to feel too superior at the cost of other people. Does that demonstrates once more the failure of National Patient Transport (NPT Group) to protect their staff but instead they were left at the mercy of Mr. Clyde Scorgie. If only we had a manager that was approachable, with morals and most of all unbiased.
The Ironic thing is, nobody is immune to their attacks not even NPT but still these two staff have been getting away with too many things. Last January one of these two people placed an EOI but sadly for him on February the 2nd, he was informed that his application was unsuccessful, in no time he went to his Facebook account and made a personal attack on Mr. Chris Marrow regarding his credibility to act honestly, also at the same time his friend also took part in that post instead of questioning his unprofessional remark, there are two other points in that post, he also claimed that NPT had never acted in an honest and professional manner “same shit…different day….” when an ex-employee posted “nothing has changed” in reply to his post and, second he went further and also called the staff that were apparently hand picked by Mr. C. Marrow, Warren T. Cindy N. and Phil G “TARDS”. How ironic in a past formal complaint he protested that a staff apparently tried to belittle him and now he goes openly with no fear and calls staff “TARDS”, he did not even have the courtesy to call them retards because they did not deserve the “RE”. Did his comments make him feel superior and in control?
Soon we will post more necessary information about these two individuals, but meantime we will give some time for NPT to see how they are going to deal with these people and how they are going to apprehend them (are they going to send an email like they did regarding NPT’s logo and the underwear, are they going ask staff to dob these two staff in like they did with the underwear logo? Would any of the staff that dobbed in the underwear person, going to come forward again and dob these two staff (yes then know who these two staff are)? Are these two staff going to be severly disciplined for their calculated and inexcusable actions? Is NPT going to stand up to their responsibilities or they are going to protect these two staff and present them as the victims?
