A story of when a manager steps out of line, having an affair, lies about the affair, manipulates and deceives, harshly and viciously punish staff, a manager that staff have no confidence on them, a company that failed to take responsibility of the welfare of their staff, a company with their morals and ethics been questioned for very long time, a company that have helped the manager to push staff to the gutter and then step all over them, a company that their staff wish one day be honored the responsibility that they deserve.
Honor is simply, is the morality of a superior man, are you the guilty if you lose respect and unhappy to honor a person with no morality? Do you deserve to be punished and suffer because of one man’s lust and immorality?

Some people would make the following statement “if you do not like it then there is the door” who are these people?

Every employee has a duty to their employer and to their fellow workers and if they break the rules then they are in the mercy of their employer.

but also

all the bosses have a responsibility, a duty of care to all their employees and to their families, when a person goes to work their family expects them to return in one piece physical and mentally

there are no excuses

We do not believe there is a single person in the world that does not want a job that they can be treated fairly and respectful and when the time comes after years of hard work to be rewarded fair and not lose everything because a manager behaves under immoral motives.

Imagine you are working for a company for the last 5-10 years and that you had proven that you were there for life and not a passing by staff. You worked hard to get where you were, you always felt proud for all the achievements that the company had as you knew you were part of that team and you also knew your hard work also took  part to this success but things were never perfect, there were also difficult times which you never turned your back.

Now imagine your company starts to have  instability with their CEO, managers and HRM, every 1-2 years you get a new person and one of them is a new manager which straight away you notice there are serious issues with his integrity and there are bells ringing of how he is distinguishing staff depending on their gender,  alarmingly you notice he is very unapproachable to any staff that does not fit to his personal preference, slowly you start also noticing patterns of favoritism you can see your manager would do anything to accommodate his female friends even if he has to take away from you, nothing would stop him as he is very well protected from the top management.

So what do you do, you been there for 10 years but a young student that is passing by is reaping  away all your hard work while your working conditions are changing for the worse not because the company are seen bad times once again but because a manager operates under his own personal immoral motives.

If you ask the staff that are reaping the benefits without a drop of sweat they will say the above mentioned comment “if you do not like it, then there is the door” and if you ask the manager he will say the same thing too and if you try to go to the boss you get a comment that the sole purpose is to turn your original complaint against you “are you accusing the company of discriminating you?”. What do you say to that “NO” then why are you complaining? So, do you say “YES” and be intimidated that if they do not agree with you, they can sack you for slandering the company.

Does that sound familiar? Did this ever happened to you? You make a complaint and instead of the company investigating the first thing that they do is to accuse you that you are trying to slander the company with your complains, is that a technique that they use to intimidate and spread fear? Did you ever approach the management about issues that you believed they were serious but at the end you felt worse and totally powerless than before you spoke to the company about it?
