The first time that we were contacted by “the real pat young” was on October 31, 2013 at 10:05 pm. When we received their message straight away we knew who that person was and because of the history of that person their message was not welcomed as it was an attempt to intimidate and disgrace us.

“As you have been naming people we are all waiting for our names to pop up.
It seems that you don’t care about who you try to destroy and we are all living
in fear of who’s name will be next. It also seems thy you don’t need any proof
as you seen to twist things and put your own spin on things. The problem is that
you believe you know your rights but I can assure you that you don’t understand
your responsibilities. It’s about time you put your money where your mouth is and
make it be known who you are. These people that you name deserve the right to know
who you are so that they can defend themselves. Or is it that you know you will be taken to court and they will wipe the floor with you? To stand behind a computer screen and feel tough
for what you are doing is a very gutless act.
No one actually thinks that you will ever show your face and stand up to what you are doing
but if the rumors are true that there has recently been proof of one or more of the people involved then I guess we will find out after all.”
After this person sent us the above message they created a blog named “therealpatyoung.wordpress.com” naming Caz as the person responsible for our blog (a copy of this post is below) but once the shit hit the fan they went and deleted the blog in another cowardly attempt to cover up their steps of the damage they caused to Caz
THE ONLY THING WE CAN SAY BACK TO the real pat young FOR THEIR ABOVE COMMENT IS TO GO AND STAND IN FRONT OF A MIRROR WHILE THEY ARE READING LOUD THE MASSAGE THAT SENT TO US

And below is the post they published at “therealpatyoung.wordpress.com” which they accused Caz as the staff responsible for our blog.
“So I tried to reach out to these blog writers and find out why they were doing this and who they were. No threats were made at all. Now they decide to make it look like I wrote the blog. Apart from the fact that I can spell they clearly aren’t smart at all and there are a few things if you look closer. Obviously they say that they will keep contacts private but now they haven’t lets see how they like it. Time to name and shame first name off the rank is Caz. She has been a huge contributor to the blog. More names to come soon, a lot more.”
And below are the rest of the comments that the real pat young left on our blog, the same day that they also created the blog that shamed in cowardly manner Caz.

What does this Real Pat Young person mean “You just made an enemy of an old friend. Enjoy the ride from here on.”
It sounds like a very serious threat but very acceptable behavior for NPT. For this person to make threats like that it must mean Caz must know something interesting against that person for her to be attacked like this?
So Why is NPT keeping quite did their responsibility to protect Caz from this vicious coward of a person went out the window together with all their other morals or does NPT thinks that Caz is the one who did the blog?
Where are the Board of Directors If NPT’s CEO lacks the dignity to protected his staff and all these because NPT will go to any extend to cover up Clyde Scorgie’s unethical behavior that all started because of the special relationships that Clyde Scorgie had with some specific female staff.
A small advice to NPT, you should be aware that in the health system you treat the cause, and manage the symptoms and in this case to fix the “issue” you investigate Clyde Scorgie and be true to your staff by making a simple announcement if a manager is allowed to have secret sexual relationships with their staff and if it is OK to deceive everybody by claiming these allegations are not true and even go as far as destroying staff’s careers so Clyde Scorgie’s immoral behavior is not uncovered.
We wonder what would any other Australian company will do if they had to deal with a similar case? Help the manager destroy staff’s lives or put a stop to the manager’s unethical behavior from the moment they hear he is giving a bad name to the company because of the way he deals with femal staff?
What responsibility is NPT taking for therealpatyoung post for naming and shaming Caz? It will be very interesting to know what will NPT do if they knew who therealpatyoung is; will NPT terminate their employment or they will excuse that person’s actions claiming they suffered stress and they did not know what they were doing? And if it is OK for what that person did then why we are not excused too?
p.s. To therealpatyoung you called us gutless and you claimed you will wipe the floor with our asses, we chose to stay anonymous because yes we are scared of ours and our family’s physical safety from people like you as already threats of physical harm is done anonymously and open in Facebook accounts but why you are so scared to use your real name to tell everybody who you are since you are 100% sure the person responsible for the blog is Caz or is it maybe because only a gutless coward would act like that, we hope you will owned up to what damage you have caused and if you believe we make false claims in our blog then speak up what these claims are so we can defend ourself, do not be scared to inform us what information is disclosed against you that is false, only a coward will attack another person the way you did.
