Regarding the email we received Yesterday.

(we did not publish the email and we are not going to but we know that person is going to read this post)

We are not aware about this particular story and it will be good to hear more but we do have a lot of other similar type of behavior as the one you mention from that dog (as you called him) against other staff.

You mentioned about Jeff Wilson’s email stating that their employees are their most valuable assets when in reality NPT is not interested in keeping the most hard working and experience staff but the ones that know how to backstab other staff, unfortunate this is a true life in NPT. In NPT there are a batch of the same employees including the one you mentioned that continuously placing malicious backstabbing reports against anybody they do not like or feel jealous with.

There are cases when an employee in the heat of the moment said or wrote an email to the management that was not that friendly and each time the management jumped on the throat of these employees for talking in this manner, irrelevant of why that employee acted like that towards the management. We guess the reason why NPT always manage to turn the tables around is because a workplace should always be a safe environment for all employees including top management and according to this if you have a complain it should be done in a professional way and respect the dignity of the other person therefore NPT gets the excuse to attack the victim and make them look like they are the bad ones.

That might sound fair to some people but what about when always the same specific staff time after time write in a slanderous manner complaints about other staff that even a child could spot from a mile away that the main focus of the complaint was how to humiliate and destroy another employee’s career and life? In the past a few staff lost their jobs because they were targeted  in a malicious way as the complaints against them were used as a tool to slander their character (for an example a person writes “everybody should feel safe when they come to work and these kind of people (the one they complain about) are not suitable to be working with NPT because I believe they do not respect NPT or………whatever).

A lot of staff might not understand what we are saying but the staff that had complaints against them that were done in a malicious way will know what we are talking about and we love to hear about their experience as currently we are in process of talking with the media and hopefully the Chairman of the Board of Directors come forward and answer the simple question, what is the company’s policy about management having affairs with their staff (are allowed or not allowed) and what responsibility NPT takes for NPT turning a blind eye to what Clyde Scorgie did.

You might believe statistics are never wrong, people act on statics to fix things and not the other way around like NPT does. Lets say that the CEO Jeff Wilson is a very honest ethical, professional person and his top agenda is the welfare of all his employees and the reason Jeff Wilson has not acted on these issues is because he believes Clyde is the actual victim and all these allegations and claims against Clyde are just a big conspiracy to bring him down as a lot of the western staff used to do what ever they liked but once Clyde moved at NPT and put a stop to their bad behavior these staff made a pact to destroy Clyde Scorgie’s life but lucky for Clyde, Jeff saw beyond these horrible people’s imaginary complaints and Jeff Wilson as a human being was happy to destroy staff’s lives by getting rid of them or forcing them to leave NPT because when evil tries to fight good, evil always lose and NPT is a living prove of this as anybody who ever said something bad about the company or management are the true evil people and because of that Jeff Wilson appropriately punished them for all their evil crimes while the good staff (management and their pet staff) enjoying a prosperous employment life. That might be our theory but who has the guts to argue that things are the other way around?

If only the trustees of the company knew the loses in productivity because of low employee morale.
