Update 17/09/2013 The truth if Clyde ever had an affair with a female staff

New update:
National Patient Transport (NPT Group) Australian private non-emergency Ambulance Service, is having a hard time making an announcement regarding a very simple issue…. are their managers  allowed to involved in a personal relationship with their staff and also at the same time manipulate the truth while the company is turning  a blind eye to help him punish anybody who stands in Clyde Scorgie’s way?

Our next step: Next Monday we are going to send a registered letter to the chairman of the Board of Directors, with screen captions of Clyde’s relationships. NPT can destroy the registered letter or hand it over to the chairman, once the registered documents are delivered, we will provide the same information a week later to the media and all the politicians that we can get our hands on.

NPT has to stand up to their mistake for letting this kind of behavior keep going for so long, Jeff Wilson and Gavin Harrison have failed in their duty to protect their staff and uncover the truth and stop the abuse.

Here one more question to Jeff Wilson, how many complaints do you have against Clyde in the years you have been with NPT, did you ever seen anything like that before in your life (so many complaints against one manager)?  What were you thinking when you failed to do anything but instead you helped Clyde cover the truth? Did you think it was a big conspiracy against an innocent honest person because every single staff that complaint was a low life person that was jealous of Clyde and their only aim was to destroy Clyde’s career and reputation?

Clyde has done what he did (good for him) but Jeff Wilson and Gavin Harrison have failed in their duty of care to protect all their workers and one or two or three or whatever number of staff suffered is enough for anybody to try to stand up and try to put an end to this abuse.

An update due to a popular request: Staff want to know if their legal rights were violated when they were forced to come in for an interview against co-workers (Staff from Tullamarine were called by management and were told it was mandatory to come in for an interview. Staff claimed they were place under pressure to speak bad about accused go-workers because they feared their job was in-line if they did otherwise. We have an email from a staff member that confessed everything he said in the interview were exactly the opposite of what he believed because of fear of retaliation from the company if he did not support Clyde.

First we want to state that NPT and all the parties involved in this blog are aware of these posts and until this day none of them have ever tried to contact us to demand to delete the blog or any other information that they do not agree with on the grounds the information here is either not true or it is not in the interest of the public (including staff).

We only post here information that we strongly believe are true and are in the interest of other people… events that have caused some kind of damage to staff. We do not care what NPT managers do or did in their personal lives as long these events are not causing any kind of conflict of interest of how they manage their employees.

We have turned to the internet because Jeff Wilson, Peter Cormick, Gavin Harrison and NPT Group as a company through the Years have turned their backs to dozensssss of complaints against Clyde Scorgie and every single person that have ever spoken against Clyde, NPT have placed them in their bad books. We all know if we make a complaint against Clyde Scorgie or any of the staff that he protects it equals to a suicidal mission, there are more chances winning the lotto than having your issue treated fair.

We are on the internet because the CEO Jeff Wilson does not care…. NPT Group does not care…. for the truth…… but that does not mean that we do not have any rights to speak up in a way that we feel is the safest way. We are on the internet because we fear for our safety. In the end of the day the full responsibility falls in to the hands of the NPT’s CEO Jeff Wilson for not doing his job to sort out all this mess in a professional and fair way but instead he choose not to acknowledge any of the issues with Clyde Scorgie and let him continue behaving in his normal way with unrestricted power over staff.

Our claims against Clyde Scorgie…….Clyde Scorgie and all managers of NPT have a duty of care over all their employees and not something that they can pick and choose of which employee they like so they can only represent them. and there is no exception to this rule. Jeff Wilson, Peter Cormick, Gavin Harrison, Clyde Scorgie……. in their own minds they might be great managers and they might move from company to company as managers but respect from the staff has to be earned, a company can employee them as managers but the company cannot force the stuff to respect someone that they believe is acting in an unprofessional way. RESPECT IS EARNED NOT FORCED and if too many bells are ringing telling the company there is something wrong and the company ignores these bells then they have failed in their duty of care.

Is it an abuse of power and a big failure on NPT’s duty of care when they let Jeannie Nguyen openly state “if you do not like how NPT runs then you should leave the company”? We can also claim an abuse of power is also when National Patient Transport force their staff to respect and accept a behavior that is not acceptable in the industry or in a moral world. Where is the Board of the Directors to step in and put an end to this abuse?

We are going to be posting our evidence week by week until the Board of Directors step in and take full responsibility of the issue and make a statement of; What is the position of the company regarding managers having a relationship with staff members, where does the company stands if it is discovered a manager has been flirting with staff, (in playful, innocent, friendly or whatever other way they want to claim the flirting took place), what is the company’s policy if a manager gets caught organising personal activities after work with female staff, what is the company’s policy if a manager gets caught deceiving and manipulating the truth to cover his actions and severely punishing staff on issues that were actually true against him, what is the company’s policy letting not once but several times the same staff with conflict of interest (been part of a manager’s close group) to keep making formal complaints against other staff, what is the company’s policy if it is discovered that staff were unfairly targeted by a manager on grounds of personal revenge?

OUR 1st evidence

2009, Clyde Scorgie as a new manager, he appeared very unfriendly to most of the staff  but had a tendency to be nice to specific female staff, he was only friendly to a very small personal picked group of staff and for the rest of the staff he was unapproachable, that kind of behavior caused a big stir at work, staff started to make stories and started to assume that things were taking place between Clyde Scorgie and some of the female staff, and even the staff that did not believe it was the case they were still questioning Clyde’s motives.

Unfortunately these comments were reported back to Clyde Scorgie and because of that some staff were placed in Clyde’s bad books, even the information that was reported back to Clyde was also manipulated  by the double face staff as only people they did not like were reported back to him, logic tells us nobody would try to get people they like in to trouble so the only staff that were left vulnerable were the ones that were disliked by Clyde and his friends.

September – November 2009, these kind of comments were getting worse, staff started to talk about an obvious affair between Clyde and a particular new staff, every staff had their own story of what they witness and these stories kept getting back to Clyde, Clyde was out for revenge, and on 6 December 2009, he emailed Peter Cormick and asked NPT to take action against the staff that were making these kind of rumors (He claimed they were rumors and not the truth). Then on the next day on 7 December 2009 a formal complaint against a particular staff was also sent to NPT management stating how that staff was spreading rumors against Clyde Scorgie, then in a very convenience way two more formal complaints appeared in a matter of days against that particular staff, the interesting part was all these staff placing the complaints were connected to Clyde….part of his close group. A BIG CONFLICT OF CREDITABILITY but it slipped through.

It appears until now Clyde has been unfairly treated  but as we have said already RESPECT IS EARNED NOT FORCED and even if you threaten someone with harsh punishment you do not earn respect you just delay the truth before you get exposed and the more the company is delaying to unleash the truth the worse the damage becomes.

Now for the Truth did Clyde ever had an affair back then?

First have a look at the letter Clyde sent to Peter Cormick on 6 Dec 2009, he claimed staff were damaging his reputation and NPT’s reputation because of the rumors they were spreading around

So whose fault was if staff kept talking bad against Clyde and NPT? RESPECT IS EARNED NOT FORCED.

The bad thing is Clyde Scorgie never slow down even with all these issues he always followed the same old road and staff kept talking about it as it was effecting their employment so Clyde in return he kept trying to ruin their career with NPT and always NPT has stood by his side helping him achieve that.  A manager with morals will never continue in a path that gives staff the excuse to talk bad about the company and himself.

What is the excuse of Clyde and Jeannie to keep having coffees behind closed doors in his office time after time before the start of her shift? What kind of message this behavior delivers to NPT staff? Clyde’s position in NPT is not to socialize and make personal friends, his responsibility is to look after all the staff, what message does it sends to the staff when they could hear behind closed door Clyde and another close female friend of his, laughing their heads off for whatever reason? Are these some of the behavior that NPT and the Board of Directors want us to base our RESPECT and trust?

Below is Clyde Scorgie’s letter to Peter Cormick

“6 December 2009

Hi Peter

Just have a problem that I need your advice on. Since I left Brenda the rumour mill at Tulla has been working overtime! I have tried to ignore the rumours and carry on in my job, but it is getting to the stage where it has gone too far. There are a few staff that are trying to undermine my authority by spreading malicious rumours about me mainly stating that I am having affairs with staff at Tulla. There is also a lot of innuendo about my professional conduct. I find this all very insulting and want it to end. I feel that if I send out an email to all Tulla staff asking for the rumours and innuendo to cease that it would just feed the egos of the people spreading the rumours. I feel that if an email from Management at Mt Waverly was sent to Tulla staff it would have more of an impact. Not only in stopping the behaviour, but also in letting the staff know that management are aware of the situation and that I have their support. Not only is this affecting me, but it is also having an effect on other staff members who have been mentioned in these rumours. I just feel that this situation is reflecting across the board and degrading our image as a professional organisation. Maybe staff should be reminded that we are here for the patients and not to discuss staffs personal lives.

Regards

Clyde Scorgie”

And now is an email Clyde sent to a female staff two months earlier 27 September 2009, that contradicts of what he wrote to Peter Cormick above two months later.

Does the email below indicates an inappropriate behavior? Does NPT stands behind this kind of relationships between management and staff, is that a behavior that the Board of Directors approves of, is this the family morals and family values that the Board of Directors stand and promotes in the workplace, does the Board of Directors approve staff been punished because of one managers unprofessional contact, is the Board of Directors going to sit back and let this injustice continue?

While you read the email below think of what Clyde told Peter Cormick in his above letter “Not only is this affecting me, but it is also having an effect on other staff members who have been mentioned in these rumours. I just feel that this situation is reflecting across the board and degrading our image as a professional organisation”.  So who was degrading who’s image? The staff that were talking of what they believed or the affair that Clyde was having but he was claiming they were all malicious rumors?

The only change in the below letter is, we deleted the staff’s name

“27 September 2009, Sunday 8:14am

Hi,

I am sorry that I upset you last night, that was not my intention. What I wanted to say was that if you were free I would love to have caught up, but if you had anything planed, like called in to work, family or personal planes I was happy not to meet and wait until Monday to see you.

As you known I am not good at texting, as you almost fall to sleep waiting for me to reply. I find texting awkward as words are normally cut short and can bee taken out of context, and have no voice emotion or feeling to them.

Yes you are right about it taking time to move away from my status with Brenda, however that is not what is getting to me as this as been going on for so long. What has got me preoccupied is the amount of staff complaints I have got to deal with and they just keep on coming. Due to this I feel that I am held accountable for other peoples actions. I am going to take moves to make people accountable for their actions this week.

——- as I said I did not intentionally go out of my my to upset you, I respect and cherish what we have and do not want to lose it.

Please text me so that I can talk to you. I have decided I am not going to have text conversations but will keep it short and so as to talk face to face with you which I enjoy so much.

Just think if I was texting this, it would take all day.

Clyde”

Above are only small pieces of crumbs that we have been provided with, all original documents are on an easy reach of NPT’s hands it is their choice if they want to keep covering up or if the Board of Directors going to step in and take control of the situation and stop punishing staff in a hope to cover NPT’s liability, the longer NPT keeps covering up the worse the liability becomes.

Before our next post we are going to wait for a while to give the Board of Directors the chance to talk to their legal team of how they can keep covering the truth.

p.s we are not afraid of the courts or legal actions against us because we trust the truth will come out but we only fear of the physical threats and if something happens we fully hold responsible Jeff Wilson as he had the power to make it right put chose to turn his back to this issue.

A big thanks to Patt Young for the information he gave us

Tonight after work we are going to post the information Patt young provided us with and we are taking full responsibility for the information we are going to publish because the damaged that NPT HAS DONE TO SOME PEOPLE IS TOO MUCH and is time to put an end for how long NPT’s CEO Jeff Wilson and Gavin Harrison have protected and covered up Clyde’s unprofessional contact.
These two men had a duty of care and they failed to provide a safe workplace to every single staff instead of focusing to protect these special hand picked staff by Clyde

Patt Young commented on…….in response to Life in NPT:

Enough is enough it is time for the CEO and Clyde Scorgie to see the door of NPT as they have done enough damage to people. Last year the union and the CEO were emailed a small sample of Clyde’s love affair letters.
With no surprise Jeff Wilson turned a blind eye, I do not know what the Union did or if they did care or not but it is time to tell the truth, anybody who wants to know the truth and wants evidence if Clyde ever did anything wrong or not, you can email me at pattyoung@hotmail.com (they posted wrong email) and I can send copies of what I emailed the union and NPT’s CEO. I do not email to anonymous people.
